Cancellations
Appointments are secured with a 100% prepayment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your visit, the prepayment is non-refundable — the reserved time counts as a completed service.

We hold a 15-minute window. After that we may shorten the service (skip the art) or offer to reschedule.

What exactly is a Russian manicure?
A dry manicure performed without water, using precise e-file techniques. The cuticle area is carefully refined without cutting living tissue, which reduces overgrowth and keeps the result clean far longer than a classic wet manicure.
How long will my manicure last?
Regular gel polish gives a neat, glossy look for about one week. For longer wear choose hard gel (builder gel): it strengthens the nail, lasts 3–4 weeks, and at your next visit it's filled and corrected rather than fully removed.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes — if a chair is free, we’ll gladly take care of you. To be sure of your exact time, book online: it takes about two minutes and your slot is guaranteed.
I have old gel or acrylic from another salon. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Add removal to your booking: old gel from another salon is $15 with any service (or $40 on its own), acrylic / SNS / tips / hard gel is $30. Removal is always done gently, without damaging your natural nail.
Is everything really sterile?
Yes — instruments go through full cleaning, disinfection and medical-grade sterilization between every client, and we work with premium hypoallergenic products.
What if a nail breaks?
Nails are built to last — and if anything happens within the first 5 days, we repair it free of charge.
Anything I should know before a pedicure?
For everyone’s safety we may reschedule a pedicure if we see signs of a fungal or skin infection — we’ll advise you gently on next steps. If you’re unsure, message us on Instagram before booking.
